Visitor parking is limited in campus garages and at metered sites. Buses and oversized vans need to reserve campus space in advance. SMU says arrangements with Parking Services must be made at least two weeks before arrival, and directs buses to drop visitors on Bishop Boulevard before proceeding to their assigned parking space.
How do you get to SMU from East Dallas?
SMU is about 4.3 miles from Welcome Inn. The campus is about five miles north of downtown Dallas, according to SMU’s conference-services directions.

The SMU Express Shuttle connects the station with campus; its schedule is limited when regular classes are not in session.
